Customers from EU countries outside Poland
Our online store limbasklep.pl makes every effort to ensure that the products sent to Customers are protected in the best possible way. Every ornament is being thoroughly checked before sending to make sure there are no manufacturing defects or damages.
Customers are obligated to check the content of the package at the time of delivery. If defects/damages are detected please ask the deliveryman to prepare damage protocol. Please send the protocol at limba@limbasklep.pl. We will consider a complaint within 14 days.
Customers from outside EU (e.g. Russia)
Our online store limbasklep.pl makes every effort to ensure that the products sent to Customers are protected in the best possible way. Every ornament is being thoroughly checked before sending to make sure there are no manufacturing defects or damages.
Customers are obligated to check the content of the package immediately after delivery. If defects/damages are detected the clients are asked to issue a complaint at limba@limbasklep.pl within max. 2 days from delivery. It is essential to attach photos illustrating the damage/defect.
The seller obligates to cover 50% of the total value of damaged items.
